Hey fam! How are our inner thighs and groin muscles holding up after clinching our seats in lieu of the recent elections? I hope they're fairing well and if not, I have a Hatha flow to help increase mobility in just that area! In this yoga flow we'll be going slow but DEEP! Because this is a Hatha flow there are no chatarungas, however we will continue to focus on strengthening our legs and upper body via downdog. We'll start in childs pose to begin warming up the hips and inner thighs and flow through lizard and warrior 2 variations to stretch and strengthen the muscles surrounding the thighs and groin. We'll also explore malasana squat variations. Feel free to omit them if they don't feel safe. Use this intermediate flow to ground and grow!
