Why would you say “I’m staying away from gluten because I’m eating carbs later.” Gluten is the protein found in wheat, barley, and rye. Gluten free flours can be made of rice, quinoa, oats, coconut, almonds, etc. Avoiding gluten does not mean you are eating healthier or lower carb. It means you are avoiding a very specific protein.
I was always thinking about how hard it is to become a master/professional using the 10,000 hours rule, but honestly I think I am a master in watching YouTube video's after all these years.
This would all be great information if you didn't have to work and leave the house and you can stay home and do meal preps all day. Unfortunately the majority that country don't have all day to do meal preps, otherwise I'm not sure who this with relate to.
my version of meal prep involves buying two large pizzas and eating it for lunch every day for a week (granola bar and monster for breakfast and no dinner)

It's so wild to see someone using a focking pot to heat water to prepare a tea and use a thermometer to check how hot it is. It's easy to forget that electric kettles are not that common in other countries as here in Argentina. We drink so much Mate that I would say probably 90% if not more have electric kettles, it helps that they are usually really cheap. Mine for example is on the expensive side but it also functions as thermos. So you can pour Mate from it. If you don't use a thermos the problem is that considering that mate is something that you continue to pour water inside after you drink the last one you pour you need to keep the water hot.

Actually the perfect meal plan for what to eat in a single day is a nice juicy ribeye. Done and done.
10,000 hours of meal prep... so, had to do the maths.
Been married 46 years... have been sole meal prep (other than very occasional takeaway (until the last few years where we have it 2 or so times per week) that comes to just 35.4 minutes per day...
pretty sure my meal prep is at least 5 times that!

Man, I am lot like you. I like to vary what I eat, drink and even do on a pretty regular basis. Sometimes coffee, sometimes tea, a lot of times soda, sometimes fatty bacon and fried hard eggs, sometimes ....... WHO knows what... I think we were many different people in the before life. OR just accept and enjoy many different flavors more so than most other people.
