The 1933 British penny is one of the most famous coins in the world. I'm not saying this is definitely a heist movie waiting to happen... but I do think someone should write it. ■ Thanks to the team at Baldwin's, and the penny's owner, for letting me film it! 🤍🤍baldwin.co.uk/ I'm at 🤍tomscott.com on Twitter at 🤍twitter.com/tomscott on Facebook at 🤍facebook.com/tomscott and on Instagram as tomscottgo
Captured coin capitalised in a prison NGC capsules capsulation so it will not spill out truth

The emphasis of collecting money is so overrated. It's silly, really.
Ok I was NOT expecting Middleton to appear in this video. (Anyone reading this can probably guess why). Great video!
It would probably cost more to dig it up than it would be worth, especially considering that a 'coin fence' would pay 1/3 or less than the possible resale value.
Let’s start digging bois
"I don't have any plans to..."
SUUUUURE, Tom.
ummm- I have... one of these?
Missed opportunity to have Tom walk off camera in a high visibility jacket.
A 1943 copper US penny is worth more.
Don't worry, Tom. I hear you loud and clear. I "won't" put a team together to dig up that coin. overexaggerated wink
I have 3 of those coins but they are from 1930, 1935 and 1946. Are they worth something?
My guy George called up the Mint and was like 'Y'alright lads, time for a scavenge hunt that'll last for decades, I think'

Sometimes tom looks young sometimes old. I wonder what's his age
Tom: "There is possibly a $100,000+ coin somewhere under this building, but seriously don't bother it's a bad idea."
Also Tom: Not telling people to not go and steal the other five that are in people's museums or private collections.....
It's known as money laundering. The coins are not worth 100k... unless you are a millionaire who can write them off for tax purposes or sell it to some other dumb millionaire for 200k.
