Nagore - love the video, however, you need to correct the spelling of responsibility on the slide where you state it's everyone's "Responsability".

At :41, "accessibility" is spelled wrong, and at :46, "responsibility" is spelled wrong. Otherwise, nice video. However, I'm not sure you can say that UX Design is everyone's responsibility on a team. Everyone should strive for the best UX, but one person's idea of great UX can differ from another's. If someone doesn't fully understand UX, how can they be fully responsible for it? It's the UX Designer's job and responsibility to guide and inform the team to make the right decisions to improve the UX Design, otherwise why would we need UX Designers in the first place?
